To a degree it's not 100%, but I can usually tell if someone is from the Midwest or Northeast, or California. The people who settled there a long time developed a phenotype.

I can tell if somebody is from Finland or Norway by pheno tbh, uralic looks slightly different.

But that's called atypical. There are blonde and blue eyed Greeks, but they are the exception

Yes and No. The problem with the US is that mosts whites are mix of various European immigration waves. So it's difficult to pinpoint a specific phenotype. That said. Some populations in the Chesapeake area, rural Virginia and other South east coastal communities, have ansecestry from South Western England. That area of the UK had the most immigrants to the colonies during the 17th-18th centuries.

You can even find people that still have weird quasi English accents.
