Do i have acne scars/stubborn acne??

Do i have stubborn acne or acne scars? I've been using acne face wash for a while now and have gotten rid of a lot of my acne, but can seem to get rid of the small amount on my cheek like in the photo. Is there any face wash/cream for this, i dont wanna get surgery

It’s still bumpy so it could be irritation, or just long acne. Try a moisturiser with soothing ingredients. How many times do you wash your face a day?

What surgery is there for acne? And it looks like both acne and post inflammatory acne scars
