u just said their wide open, so u obviously do have height left. if ur dad is 179, then u can reach more then that, way more, my mum is 4,11, my dad is 5,5 and im 5.9 soooo if i can be taller then my dad so can u, just sleep early eat well idrk just do ur research

at least 5 cm left, you grow until 20s so you prob have around 8-10cms of growth possible if your growth plates are wide open (or showing no signs of closure)
