Plasma fibroblasts above upper lip and on sides of nose alar and each side of dorsum, also volufilline and hexapeptide-38 on upper lip. For mouth width, it is more difficult, either comissureplasty or some other (probably less effective) technique.

Wide ICD usually isn't much of a problem if the ESR is ideal and the PFL isn't noticeably small
