First try to leanmaxx down to 10-12% to reveal some more structure id say, get rid of the facial hair i think

you're the greatest beard candidate because the biggest and almost the only problem is your lower third and chin, also your pheno is good so if you have heavy stubble/beard you wont even look ethnic at all you will look %100 white and literally fraud being a htn, dont let anyone see you without beard tho
