Naturally you can just go gym, eat correctly, sleep 8h+, but if you don't wanna go natural you'd have to use gh peptides like ghrp and ghrh, maybe even mk-677 could work or just pin test

By the way, you don't even need to be asking how to debloat. Just search it up on .org, there are hundreds of threads that are already made on the topic.
