Yeah no shit twin I wish someone would give me less obvious answers, I’m actively working on skin and hair rn but ppl keep saying “grow it out” as if I can speed up the fucking process. I need more shit to go off of, weight loss hair and skin isn’t even enough to get me out of ltn, I need more to improve on
