Yeah it is a racial/phenotype trait. It's common on Blacks, East Asians, & Ethnics, rarer on Whites though.

You don't have an ape mouth but your ratios will look alot better. Your mouth won't change much but increasing the projection on your chin will make your side profile look normal.

They should be able to but you will have to get them redone in about a year. Genioplasty or implants are a more permanent fix.

Fillers are a good option however.

I am unsure, but to my knowledge genioplasty is referring to any type of chin surgery (invovling bone) and sliding genioplasty is referring to moving the chin foward. Lets say your chin was comically oversized. I would assume you would still get a genioplasty, but they will be bone shaving instead of "sliding" your chin foward.
