fuckass 3 weeks on 400 test prop

all i gained is some strenght and 4kg bw and no physique changes at all

do i have bunk gear? or am i doing too little volume when lifting (8 sets per muscle group only per week)

seriously starting to doubt this low volume training shit too, earlier when i was basically natural and doing more sets i was making more gains then i am now

i have enanthate now but still have prop left im gonna wait before switching to enanthate

why would i get bloodwork for 400-500 test?

id be switching esters 3 times then in my 16 week cycle

rather just finish the prop i have left then do enanthate

fucking nigger i do 12-16 sets for body part weekly and i m natty, start lifting seriously

you probably just have bad androgen receptor genes ik a guy who takes 3x as much gear as me and still looks small for natty standards

looking back at my lift tracking i have written down
every session i progressively overloaded so if the test was fake wouldnt that not have happened?
