Thank you, my weight loss plateau'd the last 3 months but since this level I have been asked out on a date first time in my life which was cathartic tbh haha. I'm starting the tirz peptide to push further to 12%. Thank you

Mogs me hard. But that’s to be expected. How was the date? Also, I’ve leanmaxxed (or starvemaxxed) before and hitting plateaus is the worst. Especially if you’re starving yourself. All that effort just for a 0.1 kg difference? Ragefuel. Do you work out as well?
