Yeah! Your hooded eyes have exactly the opposite shape to the drawing, like an inverted V.
There is probably an excess of skin, but the problem is just in the most distal part of your eyes ( near de canthalt tilt). Basically it should go up a little bit: a facelift on that area maybe? A blepharoplasty to remove skin near the CT?
The closest part to the nose is fine, you could even lower it a little bit to get the magical V shape
Darker eyebrows and eyelashes would help you disguise the problem
