I have a small skull, low PFL, and a flat midface. As an infant/toddler, I had epicanthal folds. I am diagnosed as autistic, but I am not deficit intellectually, just socially, in my elementary through high schooling I was always in accelerated courses and I started kindergarten when I was 4. My Mom does have a history of alcoholism, and now I am suspect I may have mild FAS. It is also worth noting I am of mostly North German ancestry with some Scandinavian, but I feel like the epicanthal folds aren't just phenotypical, but IDK, some photos of me as a kid I look weirdly asiatic. Thoughts?
Me at age 18:

Yea u may have learning disability
I do not have any learning disabilities, I'm diagnosed with autism, but that's on the basis of having sensory processing disorder and socially autistic traits, low empathy, trouble understanding nonverbal language, etc.

OK, that isn't what the thread is about.
You're worried you have fetal alcohol syndrome, an incurable syndrome that even if you were aware you had it you couldn't do anything about it at all, when you have cystic pustules ravaging and scarring your face? Sounds like misplaced priorities to me.

I'm not "worried", I'm moreso just curious if my suspicions are correct, I'd like to hear what others think.

Yeah, but I am majority North German, and I don't have any ancestors or relatives to my knowledge with epicanthal folds. According to my 23andme I'm 83% German, 8% Scandinavian, which aligns pretty well with my family tree, and my family members don't seem to have very lappish phenotypes, they all look like they'd pass as German, English, or Scandinavian, nothing distinctly far north.

Over if I'm slavic.
U could pass as polish tbh. What kind of north german are you? There is a big difference in ethnicity between northwestern Germany and north/northeast germany

Northwest, from what I recall. Schleswig Holstein and parts bordering the Netherlands, I have some Dutch ancestry, but I just group that with the German for the sake of simplicity. No documented Polish, East Prussian/Pommeranian or eastern euro on my family trees either.

Allergies, and got braces ages 13-16, which I think inhibited my maxillary development, resulting in a narrow palate. The downswing was definitely from allergies and possibly genetically bad airways, my Mom is recessed like I am, but worse, and also has a more narrow palate, and some sort of respiratory disorder. I am going to try and get a removable palate expander soon, I talked to my Mom about it a few days ago and she said if the dentist confirms I am right about my palate being narrow, we can go to an orthodontist. Assuming my dentist isn't a bluepilled tard, he will understand that my palate is narrow, even by modern medical convention (intermolar distance is about 8mm too small to be considered adequate).

Did u have extractions?

When I was 12 I had my childhood premolars (I think) extracted to help the adult ones erupt.
Ok But no adult teeth Thats ok, However its a telltale sign that ur palate didnt fit. They shouldve treated u back then.

Yeah, my orthodontist was a retard, constantly asked me if I liked how things looked and I just said "OK" out of ignorance. Did not give a shit about function and actually helping me. I'm guessing he knew I needed a palate expander, but didn't want to bother trying to work it out with my insurance or something.

No. My current plan is palate expander and then bimax, I don't have an overbite, my rubber bands corrected this, but I still have a recessed maxilla.

Ideally I'd get that but I'll probably end up settling for lefort 1. I won't be getting a bimax for at least 3-5 years from now.

Oh yeah, I'd probably get genioplasty in addition, though I'm not too concerned about my chin projection, I think my maxilla is a bigger issue, but assuming it isn't costly, I'll get genioplasty aswell.
