I don’t remember the last time we talk but I think it was probably… few weeks ago? Yeah the last time I was at a doctror appointment my height was 173 now it’s 175 about 1 month passed so 2 cm is not bad I think.

everyone has good bone mass in this kind of lighting. But i would assume you have a above average bone mass but not very outstanding or smt
