It's difficult to tell, it's too blurry.

Take a picture with the back of your phone instead of front, it will result in a higher quality image.
 
Take a side profile pic
 
You can count the pixels if you look close enough
 
Your main problem is being black. Other than that you have a good jaw from the front. Looks like you have no cheekbones though it may just be lightning/your shitty camera quality.
Your chin is also less than ideal

Less than ideal in what way? And I think I have cheekbones.
My chin is quite forward grown.
