Check Both Slides, I am at 20% bf , skinny fat , didn't took pottasium etc for debloating, although my midface doesn't store so much fat , but my hyoid and belly areas do , checked with caliper and image method so around 20%.

bone mass is above average compared to the majority of men and people in general. Your forward growth is also above average. Neither are incredible but certainly above average.
