Already looks better if not lighting frauded. You need fillers/implants for dark circles, everything else is cope. Just hop on skin bleaching and do skin care simultaneously. Also sunscreen 24/7 so you don’t lose all your skin bleaching gains + more collagen.

My skin scars fast
Dark circles were caused by eczema and bruising although it’s mostly faded now.
And yea I apply sunscreen every morning lol.
I’ll look into where I can purchase retin A thanks man.
Btw do you thinking supplementing beta carotene is legit or is it a meme?

I’m not the person to ask about skin/hair but all I know is you need skin bleaching. Do more research on that.
