Do i have gym potential?

Currently I am 175cm (5'9) and 77kg (170lbs). To get to this physique I did 1 year of meme 30min youtube workouts, and had some breaks. Now I have been to the gym for 3 months doing PPL.

I'm clearly bulking right now. So I was wondering should i bulk for 9 months to 80+ KG for the 1 year of gym, and then start leanmaxing?

Also can you rate my frame and body?, Also what bf% you think I am?

Bulk for a few months then cut and get under 10% bf, also get a tan
