It will disapear eventually. If you want it to disappear now then you can take raloxifene, ai and proviron

1) No, gyno doesn't go away if it has been there for some time. It might go away if it started forming like 3-6 months ago, but if it has been there for a year or more then it's over. Doesn't make any sense why a thing like gyno would ever go away on it's own once it has matured.
2) Yes, it looks like gyno. If it is truly gyno you can feel it with your fingers.

Can you feel the gyno with your fingers tho? Man boobs can as well be fat and not gyno. Puffy nips are not gyno.
A gyno is a firm tissue under the nipple.
