Is it gyno? I have no pain/itch or any hard lumps under nipples, but the areolas seem big? to me

it can just be fat distribution some people have it while they're lean, but it's not even pseudo-gyno in your case, your nipple is just on the rounding of your pectoral muscle.

Its the most common chest deformity afaik especially in caucasians, although if not severe its not that much noticable

i dont believe this is purely genetic, that deff have an environmental factor

in the sense that you won't be able to see it as well, sure.

but it usually goes away at lower bodyfat, it could also be a mildy enlarged gland with no adipose tissue which isn't technically gyno either, you can take raloxifene 60mg for 10 days to fix this for the most part.
