I have been working on my skin and I’m going to try to start minoxidil for my eyebrows, what else can I work on? And what are my strengths?

nah thats skinny fat, likely slighly sucking in stomach he has like the exact same build as I do. putting on some muscle is obvs better than retard teir cutting but nah he has excess bf%

nah your close to lean its hard to estimate bf% from photos but your close already. eating more healthily as your not done with puberty so no deficient okay? and hoping ok accutane for skin will help a lot. start doing a gym or sport aswell oh and also make sure to wear sunscreen.

aka since your young you want to reduce fat by moving your weight toward muscle

I’ll just eat at maintenance is that good? I’m not on accutane but I have other acne stuff, yeah I hit gym the very regularly
 
I eat like double the amount of potassium then salt and I try to minimize salt intake, idk what else I can do

5 days are enough, get yourself creatine and no your face wont gain water from taking it unless u chug the water like a camel.

The first like month and a half I barely ate cause I was in a stressful ass toxic relationship so it might be more like a month and a half of actual good nutrition, I’m about the same weight as when I started, I can send a pic of when I first started

The picture is also just kinda bad and also I was even skinnier before, I was outrageously skinny before I started, my bench went up from not benching 135 to 165 for 1

its going to take time dont expect results right away, your not even old enough to go though facial fat redistribution. keep a good lifestyle and keep up the gym

Is it any slimmer now? I hit the gym and took a shower, do I ever have hope of reaching HTN
