Ignore lips. Only look like that because image is shot at downward angle
 
take a straight frontal shot first.

I think so, because when I got herpes on my lips the scar became hyperpigmented since I than frequently :feelsrope:
It faded later tho

Idk since I never tried but it probably helps dry lips although I heard aquaphor is better for that
I used skin moisturizer on my lips to see if it helps and I got acne from it
