Do I have Klinefelter Syndrome?

I am 16 years old, however:

I have a really feminime fat distribution, with a feminime hip structure
I have zero body hair.
I rarely sweat throughout the day, and even then it's odorless
I have little semen.

I was diagnosed with autism, therefore...
...I am really reserved and quiet
I'm bisexual (don't ban me mods for this pls)

I know that I had undescended testicles early in my life, which is also associated.
Do I just femboymaxx?
