Do I have low T or is it my genetics ?

My brother can grow a beard but I can’t I can only grow a pubic neckbeard that’s barely visible my father can’t grow a long beard although you’d think by this age I’d be able to grow something but nope I’m not even close to having a beard I think I have low T
