Do I have low test?

Is this not super Low free range testosterone or have I just been reading the wrong information. Everything Ive check has all said that around 50-250 pg/ml free range test is healthy levels. This is mine:

The doctor told me the it was in the normal range but I feel like he he was thinking of the wrong measurement
