ive been doing a few methods for around 2 months now lateral thumbpulling, taking d3 and k2, gym, and diet and i think i see a difference in my bone structure but im more likely to have have placebo about it. can someone give a second opinion and lmk if there is a change?

thats what i thought too but im same bw so i mightve debloated but im on a high sodium and carb diet rn so i didnt think it was debloat
