Not to mtn. you have severe mandibular recession with a tiny ramus and maxillary downgrowth. If you count potential as non-surgery procedures, there's not much you can do. surgery wise you can get Bimax - which is basically double jaw surgery - with a genioplasty and some gonional implants, look into clavicular's surgery, you can get what he gets but not the top implants
