Title, also I’m pretty skinny and have almost no delts as you can see. So it’s all bone.

in relation with ur other frame structure its bad. hop on roids and gymcel
Okay, but is a wide ribcage bad even if my waist is pretty small, and then I train delts to widen the shoulders. Wouldn’t that give like that V shape. I think my wider ribcage is mainly because I swimmed a lot before

Bro I wasn’t talking to you😭😭😭😭
you've been asking me questions dickhead

stupid question, stop overcomplicating things and wanting to be babyfed.

a wide ribcage is not ideal for aesthetics, but not that important or anything to stress over.

obviously if you train delts you'll look broader.

Just one quick question. Maybe for aesthetics a wide ribcage isn’t ideal. But to build a wide and big frame to compensate for my 5’9 manlet height, would a wider ribcage be an advantage?

the bigger you are as a manlet the more you'll just look like a mini pekka :lul:
