Do I have OCD?

When listening to the radio, I get uneasy if the volume isn't a multiple of five or two.

If I touch something by accident, I have to touch with my other hand. Sometimes I'll have to repeat this several times. So I'll end up doing the same thing 4 times with each hand or leg.

I also can't have any mixing in my food. So for example, I would have my rice, meat and veggies all be separated.

Why mild? A lot of the time, I can't really control these impulses.

That's normal, he's probably a wanker. I'd stay away from those types as well

I have the same problem with looksmax.org. I tell myself I'll quit the day after tommmorow.. never happens. Try quitting cold turkey?

Like thoughts that pop up in your head and cant get rid of, or like that uneasy feeling of needing to do your patterns and balance things
Intrusive thoughts just google them and OCD its a lot to type
