yes if you get multiple surgeries and hop on steroids and do every softmax you will ascend to mtn and be able to slay all the ltbs

you are sub 5 but with aggressive and consistent work for years you could prob reach mtn. i cant tell if you have a lot of face fat or your bones are that terrible. your mandible is also really bad which is messing you up
