WALKING 25K to 30K steps a day will significantly help reduce body fat. Caloric deficit and shit by whatever ur maintenance is

Bet. Will that get rid of facial fat? A lot of my body is generally lean ish just my face holds a lot
 
Just cut your calories by a lot,and you will lose weight fast.You should also walk like at least 10 k steps (best if 20k)
 
I’m trying to figure out the best approach. I know I need to protein everyday. But I might start meal preps with ground beef and rice. Egg breakfast, etc.
cutting sugars worked for me and just eat protein mainly

good diet is esential, no amount of cardio you do will matter if you're eating like shit. 10K+ steps daily minimum and eat clean while being in a caloric deficit.

non processed foods, cut sugar and just eat healthy. ground beef is good in moderation, usually better to eat that on a bulk, same with chicken.
 
Bro your kinda bloated which is not just a body fat thing it might also be a more genetic thing, but as some other people said you need to try to debloat by walking, calorie defecit etc it’s pretty basic stuff. In terms of a shorter facial analysis you have a short to mid ramus and downward growth but is isint that bad. Your eye area is okay would recommend orbicularis oris training pared with frontalis massage to lower UEE a small amount and get better eyes, also start growing out eyelashes and eyebrows while shaping them according to your face shape. Your skin looks pretty good and would just recommend to keep taking care of it and using sunscreen. Lastly your bonemass is pretty bad, or atleast it could be much better I would suggest paring igf-1 and HGH signaling with bonesmashing or bone stimulation exercises that puts a pretty high amount of force causing them long term to increase in density.

How does that peptide growth help If I’m 20? Can it even work properly?
