How can I improve these specific aspects within my facial area?

I used a 3 of my photos on incel.solutions and got these results that I am gonna put down below, and I wanted to know if there is anything that I could do to improve those areas or if I can't change them at all (could be anything at all except surgeries).
PS: I don't think my lips are bad at all but the photo angle might've made it say I have a bad lip ratio -- when I used a photo where I wasn't in a "bad" angle it stopped saying I have uneven lips, but I don't really know because I am really new to the looksmaxxing community.
