This is completely unfrauded. No pump, no lighting, relaxed posture, no lat flare. I’m in a 400 cal deficit rn. Im thinking that losing body fat will help my waist look a little smaller.

holy narrow clavicles how tall are you
Yeah I do have slightly narrow clavicles but I’m not posing that’s how most people look when relaxed. I’m 5’10. This is when I’m flexing. Also in the morning when I’m flat and depleted

still super narrow damn

Your clavicles ain't narrow, they're average. Your physique is a solid 6.5/10.
Just need to grow overall.

Appreciate it, u think prioritizing shoulders and lats is important?
I think you shouldn't prioritize anything specifically at this point of your lifting journey. Just focus on progressive overload. High intensity / low volume.

8-12 working sets per muscle group a week.
1 grams per lb of protein
2 grams per lb carbohydrates on training days/1.2-15 grams per lb on rest days
0.3-0.4 grams of fat per lb

10-12 k steps a day.

If you have any questions just DM me.
