i was starting to hit gym but dont know how to gain weight
Eat like a 500 calorie surplus and eat about 1g of protein per bodyweight and just stay consistent in the gym and you’ll be good don’t excessively bulk and gain fat just lean bulk also account for the calories you burn with activity or sports when figuring out your surplus

i cant even bulk like idk if its cus im still basically a baby but gaining weight is so hard my metabolism is way too fast

Track calories i used to not be able to gain any weight at all and i was stuck around 110 and in like 7 months I gained around 30-35lbs eat peanut butter on toast and eat tons of eggs paired with whole milk it’s really easy calories your gonna descend for a little facial wise but nothing unfixable will happen and as long as your working out consistently you’ll see massive difference in muscle, if you can’t follow something as easy as this you don’t want it enough
