Your lips look like they've had filler and your orbitals aren't really good, you have very good zygos and not too narrow gonial angle, if you got a bit leaner because of your prominent zygos you'd start to see your ogee curve, have orbital rim implants or fat grafting train your neck and get leaner and you can be very attractive

Since you don't have much muscle on your neck it won't be too hard to recoup with your neck muscles, so lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, or take roids that'll work too
