dont even need accutane doesnt seem like u have much active acne, KLOW could work to get rid of scarring and skin damage, id reccomend tret (topical accutane) simply cause possible health side effects specially considering the lack of severity

actually had alot of acne but ive been using accutane since 2 months so it its controlled now. im planning to continue it for 4 more months

you dont have any dooming features so i dont see why not, ur not gonna reach the top 1% or anything but will be able to pull girls and not get looked down on, just debloat, fix the diet, fix skin, fix eyebags (some sort of serum MIGHT work) and potentially look to pharmaceuticals for dimorphism depending on ur age.

u can but its not a suitable long term option, im not too well versed with diuretics rn but a clean diet and good hydration will debloat u enough to improve ur looks, once ur diets in check then ig experiment with diuretics but hollow cheeks (if thats what u want) come from zygo projection more than water retention so even diuretics might not give u the results u want and instead might make u look unhealthy / drained which is not what you want. at 17 only do steroids once u are well informed about them and can afford to run them safely
