I am currently sitting at a calm 5”8-5-9 my mom is 5”2 which really fucks me but my dad is 6”2 is there anything I can do to help improve my odds of getting to 6”0 also I’m 15. I was looking at Igf-1 lr3 cause it’s all I can really afford rn for growth hormones and I was wondering if it might be good for height growth in going to get my bone age taken in a few weeks too anyway so I’ll have more info then.

Idk maybe get an X-ray? If anything, just eat a high fat diet and get holy raw milk or some bullshit.
