First post on here be brutally honest. I’m 19 and have decided that i need to get a nose job. It ruins my side profile drastically and my bulbous is huge. Aside of that procedure what could I do to ascend?

If you want a proper assessment, take another pic with the phone 6-7 feet / 2.00m away from your face. The picture in the OP was taken too close to your face, thus causing lens distortion.
Besides another front profile pic, try to share a side profile as well. That would really help to assess your jaw, among other features.

what could I do to ascend?

Until you can share a better picture, here's the plan I would suggest :

-> softmaxxes :
- try to reduce inter-eyebrow spacing by filling in medial eyebrow with minoxidil + microneedling. If you pluck this part, stop doing it, let it regrow.
- refine the texture of your skin. Look up tretinoin, isotretinoin, tazarotene, azelaic acid, etc. . It seems you have some type of bb cream on, and it doesn't look optimal due to the skin texture underneath.
- your hairline is receded. It may be its original placement. If not, you gotta take action to stop the loss and hopefully reverse it. Start off with finasteride + minoxidil + dermastamp ; fin & min can be used topically or orally, you'll have to weigh up pros and cons.

- rhinoplasty with alar base reduction and tip plasty.
- canthoplasty to lift up the lateral canthus.
- fillers to increase jaw angularity and chin squareness.
- filler to increase upper lip's height ; a lip lift could achieve this goal, but it's safer, easier, and cheaper to start off with fillers.
- if your hairline is naturally receded, i.e. you have absolutely zero sign of androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness/mpb), and if your family history shows no sign of MPB either, you may consider a hairline lowering/forehead reduction.

Your mouth is quite narrow, and, ideally, would benefit from horizontal expansion. However, the only surgical procedure doing that, commissuroplasty, doesn't seem to achieve satisfactory results.
Reducing the nose's alar base will improve harmony by modifying the perception of your mouth width.

Your frontal jaw angle is too accute, but it harmonizes with your ipsilateral angle, and your lower third still has proper vertical development.
Your chin is narrow, but it matches your mouth width, and therefore should be kept as is. Just making it a bit more square/flat will be enough to improve harmony.
