Start on accutane/iso. It will fix your skin completely. Your eye area is really really good, tho your ipd is not ideal. You should work on your lower third the most. Not much you can do about you long philtrum, but if you have the chance of growing a thick moustache, that would help cover it a little. You should work on your jaw muscles, and if possible get a palate expander. You should lose some bf% but focus on eating healthy to fix your health indicators. You should also grow your hair out a little on the sides and in the back, it would make your face look a lot more appealing i believe. Keep it up man
