If you want to massively change your face you’ll need surgery or you can get some fillers for touch ups. A good physique and tan would help you as your face is good enough.

only thing i don’t like is my long midface really, some girl once said i looked like calfreezy and i have still not recovered from it, better than being called augustus gloop on omegle when i was fat though….
