you have a very high amount of upper eyelid exposure, i dont think you should worry much about your infras your main focus is to reduce that upper eyelid exposure itll make u look alot better

I will say mildly, if you see discoloration lines or eyebags then worry about it.
These are your options they can be combined or done at different time.

• Filler - cheap and temporary and easy however has migration risk and cant fill as well
• Fat grafting - more natural however has risk of loss of fat
• Implants - hardest to place and remove but doesnt have those issues
