Firstly, your biggest issue is mandibular recession, not the maxilla.

Secondly, most of your maxillary recession is in the nasal region. Your infra aren’t that bad and your frontal projection is ok

You don’t really need a le fort. A bsso with paranasal implants would likely fix your side profile.

Not recessed but flat and downward grown. ur mandible is much worse which is the real problem, since it makes ur maxilla look worse. to fix, i suggest to get surgery for ur mandible up to u though.
