1 - you manage to set it properly on your own (unlikely)
2 - you don't set it properly on your own but now you can get another free nose job and get the outer part fixed as well

Septo only fixes inside I would have to pay for any cosmetic out of pocket. I’ll discuss with my surgeon soon.
