Make sure you don’t take the bulking too far. You should go for a lean bulk. Get lots of lifting and cardio in. Maybe go for a run every day in the morning and then hit gym at night
I got rhabdo from overworking and was in the hospital for a week, I cant run yet but def getting back into running and hiking once I can
