If you're talking about natural potential, no, if you're talking about surgical potential, maybe. Your base is pretty much set and you're mtn-hmtn with your frauds.

Your chin is recessed, your jaw projection isn't bad though. Judging from the slope position in your side photo, your radix is slightly to medially recessed.
Your gonions are extremely inward. And your bigonial width (roughly the width of your jaw) is narrow. Your gonial angle is okay. Your angularity is good (around a 5).

I can't measure how truly wide your mouth and nose is for the shape of your face but I can tell your alar base is a bit too wide for pheno (judging from the slight prognathism from your side I can assume your of african descent).

Your eyebrows are sparse but they are elongated and positively turned. The nasal tip is too bulbous. And lastly your ramus is on the shorter end.
