Do I have the same looks problem as this guy?

The older guy is kinda a micro celebrity/lolcow in the UK because of mostly his autism and crazy antics but there's no doubt he's a fucking scary weird as fuck looking dude, the kind of guy that actually sticks and and is immediately noticeable because of looks alone even excluding his bizarre behaviour, and I'm kinda wondering if my appearance has that same kind of "feel" to it, I get constantly stared at and treated like shit by people and his appearance reminds me of my own but idk if it's because of my insecurity or because I actually really do have the same stand out scary look as this guy, it would explain the stares and shitty treatment I get from people a lot
