Do I have time to increase my height?

My doctor lied about my growth plates he said “The X-ray suggests that your bone age is 17 years – so it is not delayed growth plates will have fused, and we are very unlikely to be able to affect your final height now”
He wasn’t aware that I snuck a photo of the X-Ray everyone I’ve asked has said they are open even people at the hospital.
I’m 17 and 164 cm my dad is 6ft and my mum is 5ft 4 my brother is taller than me despite being 4 years younger and he hasn’t even stated puberty. I’m sure I had a GH deficiency it just went unnoticed. I’ve finally convinced my mum to let me run a height stack. Is it too late? also what can I run?
I was thinking of running 4mg erda and 12 ius HGH and just DNR the sides but idk someone help me out.

Yes its brutal my brother is gonna be like 6ft+.Luckily I do have really good face card but any recommendations what I should take?
