My ears keep ringing very loudly oftenly and its to the point where i cant stand it. Should i go get my ears checked

one thing is u wouldnt be able to wear headphones but atleast u wouldnt be deaf
ive gotten a ear surgery on both ears and only downside is that one ear is bigger than the other but atleast im not deaf

I will think about it in the future but in the moment i play 5 hours a day of cs so not being able to wear headphones would be tragic. Do you mean u cant wear headphones ever again or until u recover

the surgery i had doesnt mean i cant wear headphones im just saying some ear surgeries especially tinittus will prob be leaving u not being able to wear them
