not really, bone growth doesn't require a lot of energy like muscle growth does. It is mostly mediated through GH and igf-1 levels, sort those out with like cjc1295 or mk677 or some shit

Kill yourself. But anyways you are probably done growing unless you're noticeably behind on puberty or your parents are super tall. And you'll grow to more or less your normal height unless you're quite literally malnourished

it would be best to eat at maintenance or a slight surplus, leaning down won't ruin potential height growth but it could hinder it a little. Eat nutritious animal products like dairy and beef, those will give you the nutrients you need to optimally grow
