Do I HAVE to use red light-blocking eye protection when using red light therapy on my face?

Thank you. That’s what I was doing. I think I’ll keep the power low just to be safe as well unless I am absolutely sure it’s safe. I read you need protection because heating of the eyeball can increase pressure within.
