do i increase to 500 test 6 ius or wait till ealthy weight

i am 5,11 120 pounds been on 250 test 4 ius for a week im wondering if i should up it to 500 6 ius next week or wait till i am at healty weight like 140 150 bc i am worried my heart wont handle it any of you guys had similar experience

ya doin it next week bmi at 16,7 ill be fine if i keep eating 4k calories
